Choose a Project - Prior to attending the training session we will help you select a project. Your trainer will contact you two weeks prior to the scheduled training. He/She will ensure that the selected project is adequate in scope, complexity and potential financial benefits, given the training level.
Training - We work through the process with you. Everything from explaining advanced statistical theories to applying the appropriate tools to your projects. We ensure that the training remains relevant by always discussing case studies throughout the session.
Project Execution Coaching – Between training modules you are to execute your project. But we also understand that in-class training may not always be enough to ensure successful project completion. You can elect to have our team coach you step-by-step through your project.
Project Completion – Once you have been given all the required tools and principles, the project should be completed successfully meeting the originally defined financial benefits.
Submit your Project for Review and Approval – To make certain that your project meets the required certification criteria, your instructor will review it – Define through Control – to ensure the tools have been applied correctly. This ensures a complete transfer of knowledge from us to you.
Comprehension Test - You will take and must pass a ProcessArc certification examination. Your instructor will administer the certification exam and provide you with your score. If you miss a question, we will conduct a review to increase your understanding.
Receive your Certification – Your instructor will provide you with a certificate stating that you have passed the examination and are being certified.
