Training Options
You have several options for enrolling in a class:

Open Enrollment – This is ideal for individuals or small to mid-size companies looking for training. Join a class with people from other institutions who are striving for the same goal. This is a great setting in which to learn from others, while sharing your experiences. For a list of available and upcoming classes please click here. |

Client-Site Customized Training – If there are more than five people from your firm interested in any level of training this is the most beneficial option. The training sessions will only include participants from your firm either at a location of your choosing or at our training location (The Gleacher Center at the University of Chicago). A dedicated member of our team will be assigned to you from the start of the process, ensuring:
- The appropriate candidates have been selected for the type of training
- All pre-requisites (if applicable) have been met prior to the training
- Appropriate projects have been identified and approved
- The content is customized to the specific needs of your firm
- Assess the need for our "Six Sigma Coaching" module
